Vision

Vision Statement – “That the quality of gluten-free food meets the standard required by consumers”.

Mission – To enable players in the gluten-free food chain to manage gluten effectively and efficiently.

The Gluten Management Association is currently forming an advocacy body to lobby on matters that affect the quality of gluten-free foods including the risk of contamination.  This body will represent the vision and mission of the association in the public arena.  Please join us to establish this advocacy body.
